Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% charge and an appointment rescheduled less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a 10% charge of the scheduled service. This policy helps respect my time and allows the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support. For any no-shows there will be a charge of 50% of the service amount. If you are 15 minutes late for an appointment this will be considered a no show, as this puts me behind schedule for other appointments and you will be required to reschedule.
